A daily glass of red wine?

Metro (13 October 2015) reports some research from Israel which concludes that a glass of red wine with you supper every day could be good for you:

glass of red wineHaving too much wine can be bad for your body, having too little could make you miss out on some of the great benefits it offers.

The perfect amount, according to a new Annals of Internal Medicine study, seems to be a nightly glass of wine with dinner.
