“Natural” Wine Tasting

Zelas Wines (London N6) is holding a charity tasting of “natural” wines on Saturday 18 October 2008 running all day from 10am till 9.00 pm. It is taking place at “Wine of Course”, 216 Archway Road, London N6 5AX.

By natural wines it seems they mean essentially organic wines, but they do appear to offer wines which they classify as “natural” but are not marked as officially “organic”.

Amongst the wines on taste are a Sancerre, Coteaux de Languedoc, a New Zealand Riesling, a rose Beaujolais, a Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Rioja, St Joseph and a Champagne.

All profits from sales of these wines on the day will be donated towards paying for two special needs support teachers, Jo and Kristen, who work for the Pebbles Project. Details on the fundraising page - www.justgiving.com/keithprothero
